Inside Line Promotions – KNOXVILLE, Iowa (June 16, 2021) – Scott Bogucki is bound for the West Coast for back-to-back weekends with the Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour.

The SawBlade.com sponsored driver will tackle the Fred Brownfield Classic this Saturday and Sunday at Grays Harbor Raceway in Elma, Wash.

“I think the last time we were there we ran third on the final night so we’ve had success there,” he said.

Bogucki indeed placed a career-best third during his most recent race at Grays Harbor Raceway in June 2019.

He enters the weekend ranked fourth in the championship standings after winning two of the last three series races.

The following weekend Skagit Speedway in Alger, Wash., hosts the famed Jim Raper Memorial Dirt Cup. Bogucki finished second during the event finale in 2018.

“We’re always fast at Skagit,” he said. “We’ve been in contention to win and passed a lot of cars there. Hopefully that continues.”

Bogucki competed for other teams the last two weekends at Knoxville Raceway, where his best run was a ninth-place outing during 360ci winged sprint car competition on Saturday. He also posted an 18th-place result with the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series on Friday.

“It’s good to race a 410 as often as I can,” he said. “It slows things down when you get back into the 360. I was driving for Brandon Ikenberry and Justin Giddings. We made the show both nights. The first night we were racing in the top 12 around Sheldon (Haudenschild). The second night we won the B Main by quite a bit. I hope we can race together again in the future.”
